Steve has closed over $25 million in real estate transactions through the MLS and foreclosure auction in Collier County. His work with investors has led him to be one of the most market-knowledgable agents in southwest Florida. He has inspected and performed Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) on over 5,000 properties for asset managers, banks, and investors.

His continuous pursuit of knowledge of all things has led him through numerous industries and professions and it is because of those vast life experiences that he is able to share a broad range of knowledge with his clients. His ambition and tenacity are evident by his life’s work and his drive to get his clients the best deal possible.

Steve is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR), the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
